This is a nice 6 stall barn, the owner didn’t want to have to do maintenance on wood walls so we built it with metal exterior but wood where the horses are to prevent injury. We also built an additional 12′ front porch onto the barn making it 36′ X 48′ under roof.
This barn is specifically for ease and fun. It is a 36 x 48 foot barn with the East side is two 12'x24' stalls with half stall front walls and completely opened out into outer run areas.
The inside West side has a 12' x 12' feed room with 6 ft sliding doors inside facing the alleyway and outside making it easy for hay delivery. It has a 12' x 12' tack room at the opposite end of the barn with a refrigerator and wet bar on the inside wall. The middle section is his man cave, built for Dennis Washburn.
A four stall 24 X 36 barn in Apple Valley, for Michelle Hamilton.
This is a darling little 2 stall barn with a tack/feed room. You can see the dutch doors in front of the stalls and each stall has a sliding door in the rear that opens out into a larger corral. I love the covered area used for saddling or just to kick back and enjoy the beauty of the area. This barn was built for Peggi Johnson of Lakeside, AZ.
This barn though not completed is being built for Eileen and Tony Coronado, that's us. It is 40' wide and 36' long. We wanted an extra wide alley way so we made it 16' instead of 12'. We have a 12'x12' tack room and 12'x12' feed room with a 6 foot sliding door in the front and a 6' sliding door in the rear of it. There will be 4 - 12'x 12' stalls with exterior sliding doors so the horses can go in and out at will, yet if necessary, they can be confined inside too. Being it is for us, it gets worked on when we are slow with other's barns or buildings. It does come in handy when Travis comes to shoe the horses, he can back in to the alley, hook up his electric cord and work on the horses out of the weather. I love it!
This is a 14'x16'x18' sized hay barn with a concrete slab for Charles in Snowflake.
This 3 stall shed row barn boast 16' x 16' stalls with sliding doors opening in to the outer welded oil pipe turn outs. The front doors are sliding doors which work best in the AZ winds. Each stall has a built in corner feeder with opening in the stall front grid to drop hay into it from outside. It also has a 12'x16' tack room. We also included a12' overhang for shade and weather protection plus it is great for saddling up under. They also have a 16'x48' hay barn so they can have plenty of room for the stack retrievers to bring in and drop off hay.
We also built their oil pipe and 5' Non Climb horse fence arena that goes behind the barn.
This barn was built for Steve and Mindy Kohut of Concho.
A two stall shed row barn, in Thousand Oaks.
A Hay barn built in Menifee for Chris Siola and Trevor Freeman.
This pole barn was built for David and Francis Harvey in Taylor, AZ. We poured a concrete slab in one corner to frame in an enclosed workshop area, and a concrete curb all around it to keep water seepage from getting in.
Breeding barn for Sheila Murphy Nuevo, CA. Sheila has a busy operation preg checking, folicle checking and inseminating mares. She also trains stallions to mount the dummy so she can collect their semen to inseminate the mares. Its best to do this in the shade and privately away from prying eyes, so we gave her a little help and built this barn for her.
A 36’X36′ CastleBrook Barn moved and reset up for Elyse Ellington of El Cajon.
This two stall shed row barn has a cross tie, tack room, feed room and small room for their goats. This barn belongs to Bill and Jamie Cortez in Norco, CA.
This barn was built for a couple in Oak Glen that had 2 miniature horses. It gives each mini its own individual stall yet they can see over the divider and have companionship. There are no window openings due to the fact mountain lions live in the area as well and the mini’s needed to be locked in at night for protection.
Some people like pink barns, I have to say, I sure liked this barn. We built this barn for Diana Quinlan of Lake Riverside, CA. The barn is 36'x36' or considered a 6 stall barn. I like what Diana wanted to do, she put her feed and tack rooms in the middle of each section, so that the outer doors opened into larger pens instead of the normal 12' wide runs most people fence in. Instead they met in the middle of the feed/tack room area giving them 6' more width of an outrun.
She wanted to use her stall fronts from a barn she had in Hemet, so Tony took them down and put them in the new barn. I love the look of her alleyway. Who doesn't love the look of a barn alleyway?
We built this mare motel for Brian in Yucaipa, CA. The difference between a mare motel and a barn is the same type roof and solid ends with sliding alleyway doors but the stalls are not enclosed solidly, but with pipe corral panels instead. These pipe corrals were built specifically for this barn as it was oddly shaped due to the small area he had to put it on. Some panels were 15'3", some 12', some 13'6" and so on. We try our best to suit the needs of our customers.
This is also a 36 x 36 barn built for Dennis Copp of Big Bear, CA. We added another 12' to the roof so they could have a 12' x 36' porch to sit and enjoy their beautiful mountain view. This barn has the Raised center aisle roof which has an 12" open space under the top roof, so we figured we needed to put the transom closures so he can close them in the Winter and open them the rest of the year. His old mules love their barn.
This is a huge barn built for the Udals in St. John. It was originally huge telephone poles in the ground for 5 years and they just never got around to building the hay barn they needed. Its tall enough for the stack retriever to unload hay inside on the rear side and still house horses and equipment inside as well.
